About The Role We are seeking talented and versatile freelance graphic designers to join our creative team. In this role, you will support a broad spectrum of marketing, communications, and branding initiatives across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include designing compelling visual content for print and digital platforms, supporting campaign development, and maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual storytelling ability, an elevated aesthetic sense, and the flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have proven experience in graphic design, demonstrating a diverse portfolio that highlights creativity, typography, layout, and branding skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is essential. Experience designing multi-page publications and preparing print-ready files is preferred. Candidates should be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Additional skills in motion graphics, video editing, or web design are considered a plus, providing added versatility to support various multimedia projects. Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, edit, and produce a wide range of graphic communications, including brochures, flyers, invitations, direct mailings, multi-page publications, posters, videos, website graphics, animated graphics, banners, plaques, social media graphics, logos, and digital assets. You will support full campaign and event branding initiatives, which may include creating save-the-dates, invitations, digital promotions, environmental signage, presentation materials, and day-of event assets. Applying and maintaining the organization's branding standards is crucial to ensure consistency across all materials. Develop visually appealing layouts and compositions, integrating typography, imagery, and graphic elements tailored for both print and digital applications. Manage projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring strategic alignment with campaign goals and branding guidelines. Review finished materials for visual consistency, print quality, color accuracy, and content correctness, recommending improvements as needed. Prepare final artwork files optimized for print and digital use, ensuring they meet production specifications. Occasional availability for expedited or time-sensitive projects is preferred, allowing flexibility to support organizational needs during critical periods. You will also be responsible for maintaining project timelines, collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives, and ensuring all deliverables adhere to quality standards and organizational branding.
