About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design strategy for a specific product or business line within LexisNexis. Your primary focus will be on creating user-centered solutions that are grounded in thorough understanding of customer needs and supported by data insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and researchers, to craft innovative and intuitive user experiences. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, influence product development, and advocate for user needs throughout the design process. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in user experience design principles, with proven experience in leading design initiatives for digital products. Experience working with UX researchers, data analytics, and agile methodologies is highly valued. A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
