NoteBuddy is a privacy-first AI tool built by and for community service professionals. We help case managers, support workers, and social workers save 6–8 hours a week by turning raw notes into structured, compliant reports using each organisation’s exact templates. We’ve launched our MVP, signed our first paying client, and are seeing strong early traction.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a purpose-driven co-founder to lead our business development and client outreach efforts. This is a part-time, equity-only role—ideal for someone with experience in the community services sector who’s excited to help us grow. You don’t need a technical background—just energy, curiosity, and drive.

Your Focus Will Include:

• Reaching out to potential clients across aged care, youth services, NDIS, and homelessness sectors
• Building relationships with decision-makers in NGOs, government services, and support providers
• Refining our outreach and lead generation strategies
• Representing NoteBuddy in meetings and demos
• Helping shape our go-to-market messaging and explore new growth opportunities
• Supporting early sales processes and partnerships
