About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll own the visual identity of NOTO and ensure every design touchpoint communicates our story with clarity and confidence. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to create high-quality materials that drive engagement and conversion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both strategy and execution — a designer who can think conceptually but also deliver polished assets efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets to ensure excellence.
• Design sales and marketing collaterals, including presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers, case studies, and reports.
• Create and update website designs and collaborate with developers to bring them to life.
• Design digital content for social media, email campaigns, and paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
• Produce print materials, including brochures, trade show banners, and event signage.
• Support product and content marketing initiatives with visually engaging assets and infographics.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to elevate storytelling through design.
• Stay updated on design trends, particularly within the Fintech, Financial crime prevention, and SaaS sectors.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in graphic design (preferably in Fintech, Financial Crime Prevention, Financial Services, SaaS).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand systems, marketing design, and digital media, across omni-media channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere), Google Products (Slides/ Docs), and Figma.
• Experience with website design, animation, and layout principles, including basic HTML5 and HTML/CSS understanding (a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll work closely with non-design stakeholders.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and complex technical products is a strong plus.
