Our platform brings together every area of a person's life including physical health, behavioral health, nutrition, sleep, exercise, recovery, daily habits, goals, and lifestyle -into one intelligent ecosystem.

Our first deployment is Health Lives Here, a platform developed in partnership with Tollo Health and the NFL Alumni Health to support former NFL players and the fans. As we continue to grow, we're expanding into additional large-scale deployments.

The Role

We're looking for an exceptional UX Designer who is obsessed with understanding users and creating experiences people genuinely love.

This isn't a role where you'll simply create screens or follow requirements. You'll help define how our products work by understanding our users, identifying friction, validating ideas through research, and designing experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meaningful.

You'll work directly with the founders and engineering team, and your work will have a significant impact on the direction of our products.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive user experiences across our mobile platforms
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and user research
• Translate research into actionable product improvements
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Identify pain points and simplify complex user experiences
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Continuously improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and overall usability
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
• Help develop and maintain a scalable design system
• Advocate for users in every product decision
• Collaborate directly with leadership on product strategy and roadmap discussions

What We're Looking ForRequired

• 2+ years of UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in mobile applications
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to justify design decisions using research and user behavior
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using analytics to improve user engagement and retention

Nice to Have

• Experience designing healthcare or health-tech products
• Experience working on AI-powered products
• Familiarity with wearable technology, digital health, or wellness platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Experience with behavioral science, habit-building, or consumer engagement products
• Experience with compliance
