Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer / Graphic Designer to support the design and development of engaging digital experiences and compelling visual content. This role focuses on combining user-centered product design with strong graphic design skills to deliver high-quality, visually consistent, and functional design solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user interfaces, digital product layouts, branding assets, and marketing visuals that align with business goals and user needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas and requirements into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.
Key responsibilities include designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, as well as producing marketing materials such as banners, social media visuals, presentations, and promotional content. You will contribute to the full design process, from concept development and ideation to final delivery and implementation.
The role requires a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout principles, and user experience fundamentals. You will ensure design consistency across all platforms while maintaining usability, accessibility, and brand identity standards.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting product development initiatives, maintaining and improving design systems, conducting user research support, preparing production-ready design assets, and staying updated with industry design trends and tools. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for crafting meaningful and engaging user experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of graphic design, UI/UX principles, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, and marketing visuals.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and/or graphic design work.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality and consistency.
- Ability to translate requirements into clear, functional, and visually appealing designs.
- Familiarity with responsive design and digital product development processes.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards is an advantage.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, trends, and design technologies.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
