UX/UI designer - fractional

ODEI is a construction management platform that offers managers full control and real-time oversight of construction projects. This site helps to improve construction project planning and coordination, giving building professionals the visibility and control they need to manage their work more effectively.

Role Description

We are looking for a UX&UI Freelance Designer for a fractional role.

You will work on the UX+UI of an existing SaaS platform, both helping designing new features and reshaping the existing ones. Work will be done in Figma and in close collaboration with our Front-end developers. It is key to understand the global vision of the company, our users and their digital capabilities, the product's overall goals as well as existing limitations from already used framework and components.

Qualifications

• Speak Spanish
• At least 2 years experience as a UI designer, with a portfolio of completed designs.
• Experience in design and collaboration tools through Figma
• Eye for detail and craft.
• Demonstrated skills in building and implementing UX prototypes that provide easy-to-understand access to complex mobile interactions
• Understanding of platform layout aesthetics and design principles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to the design style guidelines
• AI experimentation will be valued (e.g. claude design, others)
