🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality visual dashboards, reports, and data stories
• Translate complex data and analytical concepts into accessible visual formats
• Partner with analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements
• Maintain consistency in visual standards, templates, and best practices
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all visual outputs
• Optimize dashboards for performance, clarity, and usability
• Present insights to non-technical audiences and guide stakeholders in interpreting data
• Support data exploration and self-service analytics initiatives
• Stay current with visualization trends, tools, and design principles

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data visualization, BI development, or analytics
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and analytics processes
• Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong design sensibility and understanding of visual best practices
• Experience with SQL or scripting languages (Python/R) is a plus
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and effective in a remote environment
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work
