Visual Designer

Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 100 company, that’s redefining how people connect and experience digital services at scale. They are currently hiring a Visual UI Designer to play a key role in shaping native mobile experiences and driving the evolution of a large-scale enterprise design system.

About the Role

This is a high-impact design role focused on native iOS mobile experiences, visual UI craftsmanship, and scalable component systems. You will help define and elevate how users interact with core digital products across mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and world-class visual design quality.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs with a strong emphasis on visual craft, hierarchy, and polish
• Elevate the aesthetic quality, consistency, and overall visual language of a large-scale iOS application
• Build, scale, and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
• Audit existing products and design systems to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Translate complex user and business problems into clear, elegant design solutions
• Partner closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to define and deliver cohesive experiences
• Contribute to UX thinking by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and helping define the right problem to solve
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence across all mobile experiences
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation

What We’re Looking For

• You have a strong visual craft portfolio, with high-fidelity mobile UI that demonstrates taste, polish, and attention to detail
• You care deeply about typography, spacing systems, color, and visual hierarchy as much as UX structure.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, and mobile interaction patterns
• Ability to think strategically and solve ambiguous product problems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly
• Experience working cross-functionally in agile product teams
