UX Designer / Product Design Manager (m/w/d)

Position For the further development of our products, we are looking for a creative and strategic UX Designer (m/f/d) who will shape the user experience of our software products while also taking ownership of our corporate design. Your mission

• Take ownership of the user experience of our software products, from concept to implementation
• Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability analyses, deriving actionable recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate closely with developers, management, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements while contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning
• Ensure a consistent user experience across all products
• Drive the development and maintenance of our corporate design and brand identity
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and related design guidelines
• Create visual concepts for digital products, marketing materials, and internal communications
• Act as the key interface between business, users, and the development team
• Contribute to the ideation, design, and launch of new features and product enhancements

Your profile

• Several years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a similar role
• Strong expertise in designing user-centered digital products
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
• Understanding of product management processes and agile methodologies
• Experience collaborating with software developers and cross-functional teams
• Strong sense for branding, corporate design, and visual communication
• Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
