Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and driven UX/UI & Web Designer to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to shape the visual and user experience across Papayya’s platforms and digital touchpoints. Needs to be based in Portugal.

What you will do

• Design and refine web and mobile interfaces for Papayya’s platform (from wireframes to final UI).
• Support marketing initiatives with visual assets, including social media content, landing pages, and campaign materials.
• Collaborate on the evolution of our website, improving usability, conversion, and design consistency.
• Edit short videos for marketing and product showcases.
• Work on new digital product features and flows from scratch alongside product and engineering teams.
• Ensure a coherent brand identity across all visual communication.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Communication Design or a related field.
• 0–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI, web or digital design.
• Experience with mobile UX/UI
• Strong understanding of design principles, responsive layout, and accessibility.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).
• Good communication in English and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
