The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled freelance web designer to help build upcoming brand and e-commerce projects. You will be contracted per project and be in retainer for consecutive work. 

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience designing and building in Framer and Shopify.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to create cohesive, scalable web experiences and design systems.
• Detail Oriented: A focus on balancing visual aesthetics with technical performance and usability.
• Independence: Highly proactive and capable of managing project timelines autonomously.
• Software: You must provide your own professional software and hardware (Figma, Framer, etc.).
• Incredibly Creative: An imaginative mindset that brings fresh perspectives to traditional design standards and user experiences.

• Interface Development: Wireframing, prototyping, and building responsive interfaces in Figma and Framer under the guidance of the Creative Director.
• E-commerce Architecture: Building, redesigning, and optimising Shopify sites for performance and conversion.
• Collaborative Design: Contributing to user experience, brand, and storytelling decisions.
• Iteration: Refining designs quickly based on project insights and feedback.
