Senior UI/UX DesignerPosition Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in product discovery and early product definition — translating complex user needs and data into clear, intuitive, and high-value experiences.

This is not a traditional design role focused on polishing known flows. You will work in an ambiguous space, helping define:

• how users search for and evaluate external counsel
• how complex data is surfaced and compared
• what the most effective interaction model looks like (search, dashboard, conversational, or hybrid)

You will be responsible for designing and testing early concepts, shaping user journeys, and ensuring the product delivers clarity, confidence, and usability in a high-stakes decision-making context.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop UI design systems using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
• Create complex workflows for document submission, dashboards, and validation flows
• Conduct user research using various methods such as interviews, journey mapping, and prototyping
• Translate Chambers' brand guidelines into portal-specific flows
• Design interfaces compatible with Angular + Bootstrap front-ends
• Perform usability testing, rapid prototyping, and design iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in UI design systems (Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent)
• Extensive experience designing complex workflows
• Strong grounding in user research methods
• Ability to adapt brand guidelines to specific digital products
• Working knowledge of Angular + Bootstrap components and constraints
• Impressive portfolio showcasing data dashboards, workflow platforms, and form-intensive interfaces
• Experience with usability testing, rapid prototyping, and design iteration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
