📍 Location: Remote (Australia-based candidates only)

🕒 Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible for the right person)

💼 Work Eligibility: Must have valid work rights in Australia (WHV welcome)

🧩 What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end design process: from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape and refine user experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on real feedback
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and best UX practices across digital products

✅ About You:

• 4+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design (SaaS or digital product experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and process thinking
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Confident in creating user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces
• Great communicator who thrives in cross-functional, remote teams

💡 Bonus If You Have:

• Experience designing for web apps and mobile
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Motion design or basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS)
• Experience mentoring junior designers or leading small design teams
