Role Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the execution of Petite Keep’s visual brand across digital and physical touchpoints, with a primary focus on CRM and lifecycle marketing design. This role plays a critical part in bringing campaigns to life through thoughtful, on-brand creative that supports conversion, storytelling, and consistency across channels.

Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Brand Manager, and Director of Brand, this role will help execute day-to-day design needs across email, social, wholesale, events, and brand initiatives. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role ideal for a designer who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Email Design (35%)

  • Design and build email campaigns across lifecycle marketing (launches, promotions, flows, and retention touchpoints)
  • Partner with CRM and Lifecycle Manager to execute weekly and monthly send calendars
  • Ensure all email creative is on-brand, visually compelling, and optimized for performance
  • Support ongoing iteration of email templates and modules
  • Design and execute direct mail creative (e.g., postcards, campaigns via PostPilot), ensuring cohesion with broader campaign visuals
  • Align all creative to deliver a consistent, thoughtful customer experience across channels

Social & Digital Design Support (20%)

  • Create on-brand social media assets (static posts, stories, light motion if applicable) in partnership with the social team
  • Support campaign rollouts with cohesive visual assets across platforms
  • Ensure creative voice remains consistent, reviewing all social design
  • Assist in resizing, editing, and adapting creative for various digital channels to include YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and beyond.

Website & Marketing Assets (15%)

  • Design website assets including homepage banners, collection pages, and promotional graphics
  • Create supporting marketing assets such as digital cards, landing page visuals, and launch graphics
  • Ensure alignment between site, email, and campaign creative

Events, Wholesale & Print Support (15%)

  • Design printed materials for events, pop-ups, and wholesale partners (signage, inserts, collateral, etc.)
  • Support visual needs for Trunk shows, brand activations, and in-person experiences
  • Assist with packaging inserts and other customer-facing print materials

Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Design Support (10%)

  • Support design needs across collaborations, product launches, and internal initiatives
  • Assist Senior Graphic Designer with overflow design work as needed
  • Ordering and management of print collateral needs across the organization

Asset Management & Organization (5%)

  • Maintain and organize Petite Keep’s design files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Ensure assets are properly named, stored, and accessible across teams as it relates to photoshoot media
  • Support versioning and file prep across ongoing projects

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years of graphic design experience (brand experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, email, and brand design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling
