We are now building more of our creative team in-house because we believe great creative can be a major growth lever for the brand.
Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer, Paid Social to help us create high-performing static ads for Meta and related paid channels.
This is not a brand-only design role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands direct-response ecommerce creative and can design ads that are meant to stop the scroll, communicate clearly, and drive action.
You will work closely with our Creative Strategist and broader creative team to turn strong concepts into statics, carousels, stories, UGC-style images, and iterative variations of winning ads. You should be fast, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a testing environment where creatives are reviewed, improved, and relaunched frequently.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, remote, individual contributor role.
Key responsibilities1. Paid social static design
- Design static ads, carousels, story assets, and other image-based creatives for Meta.
- Turn briefs and concepts into clean, high-converting visual ads.
- Design both polished branded assets and more native-feeling, UGC-style statics.
- Adapt winning concepts into multiple fresh iterations.
2. Creative testing support
- Create variations of strong creatives so we can test new hooks, layouts, headlines, and visual directions.
- Help the team move quickly by producing iterations without sacrificing clarity or quality.
- Contribute ideas when you see ways to improve an ad creatively.
3. AI-assisted creative production
- Use AI tools where helpful to speed up concepting, image generation, visual exploration, and production support.
- Combine AI tools with strong human design judgment. We are not looking for someone who simply prompts and outputs.
4. Collaboration and feedback
- Work closely with our Creative Strategist and internal team on revisions and improvements.
- Be comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
- Help keep files, versions, and deliverables organized.
RequirementsMust-have
- Proven experience designing paid social ads for Meta, ideally for DTC or ecommerce brands.
- Strong portfolio showing relevant static ad work, not just branding or editorial design.
- Good understanding of direct-response design principles: hook clarity, hierarchy, readability, offer communication, and visual pacing.
- Ability to work quickly and produce multiple variations from a strong concept.
- Strong English for collaboration with our remote team.
- Ability to overlap at least 4 hours per day with Spain business hours on most days.
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok or other short-form social platforms.
- Experience with AI image-generation and creative-assist tools.
- Experience with landing pages or conversion-oriented design.
- Experience in pet, health, supplement, or wellness brands.
Work schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote
- Schedule is flexible, but you must be available for at least 4 hours per day overlapping with Spain business hours for collaboration

Compensation: starts around $1,100 USD per month, depending on experience, portfolio quality, speed, and fit for the role.
Most hires we are looking for in this scope will likely fall in the low-to-mid $1,000s USD per month.
We are open to paying more for truly exceptional candidates with highly relevant DTC paid-social experience.
