About PHIX
PHIX is a rapidly growing mensfashion brand inspired by 70s rock & roll, tailoring, music culture and luxury fashion aesthetics. Known for our statement shirts, elevated silhouettes and high-profile collaborations including Rolling Stones and David Bowie, we create collections designed to stand out visually and culturally.
We are looking for a highly creative and aesthetically driven Digital Creative Designer to help shape the visual identity of PHIX across ecommerce, social media and advertising. This role is ideal for someone with strong fashion taste, an understanding of luxury presentation, and the ability to create visuals that feel elevated, premium and aspirational.
The Role
You will work directly with the founder and marketing team to create high-end visual assets for:
- Meta/Facebook ads
- Instagram content and feed curation
- Shopify website graphics
- Collection launches
- Email campaigns
- Retouching and colour grading
- Digital marketing campaigns
This is not a generic graphic design role.
We are looking for someone with a strong eye for fashion aesthetics, typography, layout and visual storytelling, someone who understands how to make a brand feel more luxurious and desirable online.
Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for Meta/Facebook advertising
- Create homepage banners and ecommerce graphics for Shopify
- Help curate and evolve the PHIX Instagram feed aesthetic
- Retouch campaign and ecommerce photography
- Create launch graphics for new collections and collaborations
- Edit and prepare assets for email campaigns and social media
- Assist with short-form video/motion content for ads and social
- Maintain consistency across all digital brand touchpoints
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop high-performing creatives
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing fashion, luxury or ecommerce design work
- Excellent Photoshop skills
- Strong understanding of typography, layout and composition
- Experience creating graphics for social media and paid advertising
- Strong eye for colour grading and visual presentation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.)
- Understanding of Instagram aesthetics and modern fashion branding
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high creative standards

- Motion graphics
- AI creative tools
- Experience working with fashion or luxury brands
- Ecommerce experience
