Business Development Representative

PikZiy Studio is a creative agency based in Pune, India, specialising in brand identity, packaging design, and Wix website development for D2C and product brands. We've built packaging systems for food and wellness brands, brand identities for startups, and custom Wix websites for clients across India, Australia, and Europe, and we're now actively growing our Australian client base.

We're looking for a self-driven freelance Business Development Representative based in Australia to connect us with brands that need world-class design at genuinely competitive rates.

This is not a 9-to-5. It's a flexible, commission-first freelance role with a monthly retainer, ideal for someone already close to the branding, design, or marketing world who wants a meaningful side income with real upside.

What you'll do

• Identify and approach Australian brands that need branding, packaging, or web design (D2C, FMCG, wellness, e-commerce, lifestyle)
• Represent PikZiy Studio in meetings, calls, and networking events
• Qualify leads and book discovery calls with our creative team
• Submit a weekly pipeline update every Monday
• Attend a monthly check-in call with the studio

What we are looking for

• Based in Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane preferred
• Existing network of founders, brand managers, or marketing decision-makers
• Background in branding, design, print, packaging, or marketing (you don't need to be a designer, you need to speak the language)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communicator who can represent a premium creative brand

What you'll earn

• Monthly retainer paid in AUD
• 12% commission on every new client project you close
• 5% commission on repeat projects from your clients (for 12 months)
• 10% commission on brand management retainer clients
• Fully remote and flexible - no office, no fixed hours
