What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform technical analysis of biogas and solid waste projects in California and the Western United States
• Manage projects through all phases, including design, permitting, and construction
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Maintain client relationships and develop new client connections
• Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with engineering and regulatory standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Geological, or Environmental Engineering or an allied field
• 4-10 years of experience in engineering projects
• Professional Engineer certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Excellent communication skills and ability to supervise technical staff
• Valid driver's license

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification
• Supervisory experience
• Skills in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or GIS
• Experience with biogas and landfill gas systems and the solid waste industry
• Proven technical skills in design and/or construction
