Graphic Designer

Based in the Washington, D.C. Metro area,Pivot Path Solutions, LLCis a government contracting and business solutions firmthat offers enterprise IT solutions, strategic planning, organizational development, and medical research and development services to help customers adapt and thrive in changing market conditions.Pivot Path Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist/Designer to support the Ticket to Work program. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, visually engaging graphic content tailored to beneficiaries, service providers, and key stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, branding, and digital media to enhance program communications and outreach materials.. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use in print, digital, and web-based outreach materials
• Collaborate with communications and outreach teams to develop visual content that aligns with program goals and resonates with targeted audiences
• Translate complex messages into clear, engaging visuals that promote awareness and participation in the Ticket to Work program
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while adhering to agency style guides and approval processes
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective visual communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design
• Familiarity with branding, accessibility requirements, and digital media formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for federal or public sector programs
• Knowledge of Section 508 compliance in visual design
• Animation or video editing capabilities are a plus
