We empower companies to make their UI more consistent, scalable, and maintainable.

We also offer migration services to help teams move their existing design systems into Pixellysm design.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking an independent B2B sales partner or agent who can:

• Identify and reach out to qualified leads (startups, agencies, SMEs, and scale-ups)
• Clearly present the value of Pixellysm Design
• Handle demos and manage the full sales cycle
• Close monthly subscriptions (€490/month) and migration service deals

Compensation

• 💰 25% recurring commission on each monthly subscription as long as the client stays subscribed
• Additional commissions possible on migration projects
• Opportunity for a fixed base compensation once revenue grows

Ideal profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, especially in design, dev tools, or tech services
• Understanding of design systems, or UI/UX concepts is a strong plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and result-oriented
• Fluent in English or French (remote position)
