The world has more software than ever, yet important work remains fragmented. Teams spend hours managing disconnected systems, noisy communication, and buried information instead of doing the work that matters.
At Plannorium, we believe technology should reduce complexity, not add to it. We build software designed to make demanding, regulated work simpler, more connected, and more intelligent.
Our product ecosystem includes:
- Healthcare Infrastructure: Led by our clinical platform, Curenium
- Workflow & Trust Infrastructure: Plannorium Sign, Plannorium Identity, and Aenex
Healthcare is where we are proving our approach, but our work extends to any industry where operations are complex. As we prepare for pilot rollouts and commercial expansion, we are looking for a Creative & Content Lead to shape our visual communication, demonstrate our software through clear motion design, and build a brand identity centered on clarity.
We are looking for a visual designer and motion specialist who can translate complex software features into clear, engaging visual content.
You will guide the visual direction for Plannorium as a parent company while creating assets across our product portfolio—focusing first on Curenium, alongside emerging products like Sign, Identity, and Aenex.
This is a practical, production-focused role. You will work directly within our software environments, understand how workflows function, and create clean product walkthroughs, interface animations, and digital content that clearly explain the value of what we build.
You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, working closely with the founder and the product engineering team. Until the CMO joins, you will report directly to the founder.
- Visual Direction & Consistency: Maintain and develop the visual language for Plannorium and its products, ensuring clear, consistent presentation across all digital channels.
- Product Motion Design: Work directly with our software interfaces to produce clean animations, motion graphics, and video content that demonstrate how our tools work.
- Product Walkthroughs & Explainers: Script, record, and edit product walkthroughs, feature demonstrations, and onboarding guides for pilot partners, prospective clients, and digital audiences.
- Simplifying Technical Workflows: Turn complex operational processes—such as clinical coordination, integrated support tools, digital signatures, and identity systems—into straightforward visual explanations.
- Content Production: Produce video assets, web media, and social content (particularly for LinkedIn) that clearly communicate product updates and company milestones.
- Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with leadership and marketing to produce visual assets for product launches, pilot presentations, customer outreach, and investor materials.
- Software-Focused Visual Work: Practical experience working directly with digital software interfaces and turning functional features into clear visual stories.
- Motion & Video Skills: Strong proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, and interface animation using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar software.
- B2B or Technology Background: Experience creating marketing or product content for software companies, technology platforms, or regulated industries.
- Clear Design Standards: An aesthetic focused on clarity, readable typography, smooth pacing, and informative presentation rather than unnecessary visual effects.
- Independent Execution: The ability to take a product specification or brief and produce finished assets with minimal supervision.
- Strong Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating motion design, interface animation, product walkthroughs, or software feature explanations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with 3D design software (such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Spline).
- Familiarity with healthcare environments, hospital administration, or enterprise software purchasing.
- Experience writing concise scripts for product explainers and feature overviews.
- Initial Period: This role begins with an initial three-month equity-based arrangement. Specific equity terms, project deliverables, and statutory or contractual requirements will be agreed upon before start.
- Review: At the end of the initial three months, compensation will be formally reviewed based on company milestones, funding progress, and commercial revenue.
- Environment: Fully remote, with regular collaboration during standard UK business hours (GMT/BST).
Please apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a link to your portfolio or showreel.
Applications without a portfolio showing motion design, interface animation, or software product walkthroughs will not be considered.
