🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field 🎓
• Experience in UX research, user testing, or product research 🖥️
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 🧠
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 💬
• Familiarity with research tools and methodologies 📋
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams 🌟
