We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars. After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join us!

We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.

In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.

What you'll do with us:Premium Product Storytelling

• Create stunning, high-end product demo videos that showcase our AI technology with cinematic quality.

• Transform complex AI features into clear, emotionally compelling visual narratives.

• Own the full creative process: concept, storyboarding, animation, and final delivery.

AI Powered Production

• Master cutting-edge AI tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, etc.) to push creative boundaries.

• Use AI for motion graphics, transitions, effects, and dynamic product demos—but with taste and craft.

• Build repeatable AI workflows that maintain premium quality at higher velocity.

• Know when to use AI and when to craft by hand—zero tolerance for AI slop.

Brand & Quality Standards

• Maintain exceptionally high visual standards worthy of a top-tier AI company.

• Develop and evolve our motion design language and visual identity.

• Balance innovation with polish: experimental but never unfinished.

• Set the quality bar that competitors try to match

End-to-End Execution

• Own video projects from brief to final render.

• Collaborate with product, growth, and brand teams on creative direction.

• Manage timelines and deliver on schedule without compromising quality.

• Iterate rapidly based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.

What we are looking for from you:

• 3–5 years in motion design, with portfolio demonstrating premium product demo work
• Proven mastery of After Effects, Cinema 4D, or equivalent industry-standard tools
• Strong hands-on experience with AI video/motion tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, etc.)
• Exceptional taste: ability to use AI tools while maintaining high-end aesthetic standards
• Portfolio that shows range: from sleek product demos to experimental visual storytelling
• Strong understanding of product marketing and conversion-oriented design
• Can work autonomously and move fast without hand-holding
• Tech-savvy: comfortable learning new AI tools as they emerge
• High ownership, ego in check, hungry to build world-class work

It would be great if you have:

• Bonus: experience in SaaS, AI/ML products, or consumer mobile apps What Sets You Apart
