Communications Designer - Corporate Communications & Public Policy

We are seeking a talented Brand/Visual/UX Designer to join a central team focused on building and scaling brand experiences across products. The role involves creating visual systems, supporting product experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design work.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate and execute visual concepts aligned with creative direction
• Develop brand identity systems including typography, color palettes, illustration, and iconography
• Extend brand expression to interactive digital experiences and marketing initiatives
• Concept, prototype, and deliver polished design work for digital surfaces
• Communicate design strategy clearly to cross-functional partners
• Collaborate with engineers, content creators, researchers, and product teams to bring projects from concept to launch
• Independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive design initiatives across teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product, branding, or communication design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and digital communication design
• Experience with design systems, digital surfaces (web/mobile), and creative tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Excellent conceptual thinking, typography, composition, and color skills
• Strong presentation and collaboration abilities
• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows and tooling
• Familiarity with 3D design, motion, and animation
• Experience contributing to design systems and large-scale product teams
