Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Product - UX Design to join our healthcare client virtual. This is a 6-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.  Pay:$58.00 - $63.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Location: Remote Description: The UX Designer will create user-centered designs and workflows by leveraging their understanding of user behaviors, goals, and motivations. For this role, the key responsibilities include designing interaction and process flows, creating wireframes and prototypes, and refining mockups to enhance the overall user experience. Along with the UX team, the UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, which include product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the designs align with business requirements and technical constraints. To improve the user experience, this role also involves conducting user research to gather insights, iterate on designs based on feedback, and ensure consistency across the Conductiv platform. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of user-centered design processes and best practices, as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team. A successful UX Designer will continuously apply these principles to meet project goals and deliver high-quality user experiences to ensure that the Conductiv platform is intuitive, elegant, and effective. Responsibilities include:

  • Utilize our current component library to improve the platform's UI
  • Improve process flows, interaction, and information architecture for the platform
  • For deliverables, design high-fidelity mockups with complete notes for functional specifications of the Conductiv platform's modules
  • With the UX Design leadership, review and critique interaction and visual design deliverables using principle-based criteria and heuristic evaluations
  • Research and document journey maps, personas, and other UX artifacts for various projects for the Conductiv platform
  • Use Figma, an industry-standard tool, for creating deliverables
  • Follow the user-centered interaction design process and principles, as directed by interaction UX Design leadership
  • Attend meetings to discuss, showcase, and receive notes about current and ongoing projects
  • Actively build cross-functional relationships within the UX team and other departments
  • Work with your UX Design leadership to identify performance improvement opportunities and work to improve performance in those areas
  • Assist with UX Writing throughout the platform
  • Help organize project files and maintain documentation of modules and processes
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technical design tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • A firm knowledge of Accessibility determined by WCAG current standards
  • Proven experience as a SaaS UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, which is demonstrated through a robust portfolio showcasing your UX design work and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be proficient in Figma and FigJam
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience with wireframing, mockups, prototyping, and creating user flows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within the UX team and cross-functional teams
  • Flexible and able to multitask projects according to business/product changes

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms for B2B and B2C products
  • Understand Azure and Confluence
  • Familiarity with agile development processes
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
