Looking For: 3D Animator

Project: Creating compelling character and environmental animations for a Horror Survival game and our indie studio, Prismatic Interactive.

Skills (3D Animator):

Portfolio or demo reel showcasing character animation, cinematics, and game animations is required.

Proven experience in 3D character animation, rigging, and motion design.

Proficiency with industry-standard animation tools (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, MotionBuilder).

Experience with keyframe animation, motion capture cleanup, and procedural animation.

Knowledge of animation principles, timing, weight, and believable character performance.

Ability to create atmospheric animations that enhance horror game tension and immersion.

Experience with game engine animation systems (Unity Timeline, Unreal Sequencer, Animation Blueprints).

Understanding of technical animation constraints and optimization for real-time rendering.

Commitment: Part-time / Flexible Hours (Volunteer)

Compensation/Payment Method: Revenue Share Agreement in Contract. Your share of eventual game profits is calculated based on tracked hours worked at a predetermined rate (details discussed in the interview). This is currently an unpaid/volunteer position until the game generates revenue.
