Position Specification
We’re seeking a Senior Designer / Design Lead to shape and elevate Procure Impact’s brand, storytelling, and guest-facing experiences across digital, physical, and in-venue touchpoints. This role goes beyond traditional marketing design — it blends brand leadership, merchandising innovation, and experience storytelling to help hospitality partners showcase products that inspire guests and drive meaningful impact.
As our Senior Designer, you’ll serve as the primary creative owner for brand execution while helping translate complex social impact stories into clear, compelling, and visually engaging experiences used by hotels and corporate partners across the country.
This is a highly hands-on role for a strong individual contributor who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and is excited to create work that reaches thousands of guests and communities nationwide—all with room for expanded responsibility as the organization evolves.

At Procure Impact, design plays a central role in bringing these stories to life — transforming products into experiences, helping hotels connect guests to purpose, and creating scalable merchandising and brand moments that resonate across properties and partners.
What You’ll DoBrand Ownership & Creative Direction
- Own day-to-day visual brand execution across all touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, accessibility, and quality across all creative output.
- Translate messaging and strategy into clear, compelling visual storytelling.
Design Execution
Design and deliver high-quality assets, including:
- Website and landing page visuals
- Sales and partnership materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)
- Marketing campaigns (email, social, ads)
- Impact reports, presentations, and storytelling materials
- Merchandising and in-hotel collateral (signage, shelf talkers, product cards, display graphics, wayfinding, packaging inserts)
Design concepts for new packaging for custom amenities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing speed and quality.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, and leadership.
- Participate in campaign planning, brainstorming, and creative problem-solving.
- Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
Building for Scale
- Create lightweight workflows, templates, and asset organization systems.
- Improve efficiency and consistency as volume increases.
- Help identify future creative needs, tools, and external support as appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 4–7+ years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio showing brand systems, marketing design, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for both digital and print.
- Excellent visual judgment, typography skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building from scratch.
Nice to Have
- Experience with print production, large-format graphics, or environmental / retail / experiential design.
- Startup, B2B, hospitality, nonprofit, or mission-driven experience.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Basic UX/UI collaboration experience.
- Motion graphics or light video skills.
- Interest in mentoring or future leadership.

Salary & Benefits
- Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; company holidays; flexible remote work environment. A 401(k) plan is available without employer match.
