YOUR MISSION

To shape the creative direction of the brand’s marketing efforts and lead the development of high-performing campaigns that resonate with their audience. You’ll own the end-to-end creative process, from uncovering insights and developing ad strategies to analyzing performance and iterating for success. Your work will directly impact the brand’s growth and its mission to redefine sleep wellness.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Uncover trends and insights by doing thorough research, including tracking competitor ads, analyzing forums, reviews, and consumer narratives, to shape effective marketing strategies
  • Translate data into actionable campaigns by curating high-quality briefs, setting clear standards for creative outputs, and ensuring a seamless feedback loop for designers and video teams
  • Optimize ad performance by interpreting data, identifying winning elements, and iterating on successful concepts for continuous improvement
  • Develop creative strategies for new product launches to ensure impactful and on-brand campaigns tailored to market needs
  • Source high-performing content by collaborating with production teams on video/photo shoots and leveraging platforms like UGC channels to enhance ad campaigns
  • Drive creative innovation by recognizing patterns in ad elements and assembling winning combinations that resonate with the target audience
  • Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm and align on creative concepts, ensuring campaigns reflect shared goals and strategic vision
  • Project manage the creative process by overseeing timelines, coordinating with designers and video teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and brand standards
  • Work across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest

WHO YOU AREExperienced: You have 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, working with DTC brands (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty)

Female-Focused Insight: You deeply understand how to speak to a female audience and bring a calm, brand-sensitive approach to performance marketing

Data-Driven: You have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and know how to translate data into actionable creative strategies

Creative Leader: You have experience managing end-to-end creative workflows and guiding designers, video editors, and content creators toward exceptional outputs

Hands-On Strategist: You’re comfortable diving into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective

Organized and Proactive: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Self-Starter: You’re motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong Communicator: You have excellent English skills (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate creative ideas and strategies.

Portfolio: You have a strong portfolio showcasing your work in developing and executing successful creative campaigns.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with sleepwear, wellness, or fashion brands
  • A background in UGC (network, briefing, sourcing, or creating it yourself)
  • Aesthetic intuition for photo/video shoots and ad creative
  • Interest in contributing to light creative direction or participating in campaign shoots

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE30 Days: You’ve familiarised yourself with the brand voice, creative process, and key stakeholders

60 Days: You’re developing and executing creative strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

90 Days: Your campaigns are delivering results and contributing to growth, with new concepts launching and scaling effectively

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
