This fast-growing venture was founded by team members who have experience scaling a business from a handful of people to over 800 employees and $300M in revenue. After leaving, the founders set out on their own path and, following two challenging years of experimentation, achieved a breakthrough in March 2024.
Today, the company is a 20-person, fully self-funded team managing three products - two digital and one physical. With no external investors, they value independence, agility, and bold ideas. Their ambition is clear: to scale to €40M in revenue within the next year while building a creative-first culture that consistently delivers winning ads and campaigns.
THE GOAL
The company is now looking for a Creative Strategist to take ownership of performance-driven creative across its portfolio of products. This person will be the central force behind ad ideation, development, and execution, ensuring that creativity directly translates into measurable results.
The role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. Whether working independently or guiding a small team of designers and freelancers, the Creative Strategist will be responsible for making ideas real, scalable, and profitable.
This is a remote, contractor role with flexible hours and a performance-first mindset.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Owning the end-to-end creative strategy process: turning competitor research, ad library insights, and audience behavior into consistently high-performing ads that scale revenue
- Reporting on performance patterns and doubling down on winners, moving ad campaigns from test to growth scale quickly and profitably
- Designing a structured testing roadmap by identifying winning angles, hooks, and objections from industry trends and ad analytics
- Feeding polished, outcome-driven briefs to designers, editors, actors, and creators that minimize revision cycles and accelerate speed to market
- Acting as the strategic hub between data and creative execution, giving leadership confidence in the creative function and reducing need for micromanagement
- Experimenting with emerging tools, platforms, and AI methods to produce innovative content formats and elevate the brand ahead of category competitors
- Delivering original and attention-grabbing creative, not copying competitors, but creating thumb‑stopping storytelling and ad content that resonates and drives consistent performance

- Proactive operator who thrives without micromanagement, takes initiative, and ensures deadlines and deliverables are met consistently
- Highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting quickly based on results, market shifts, or new opportunities
- Clear communicator who can present ideas, explain the reasoning behind creative directions, and give actionable feedback
- Comfortable in ambiguity and motivated by the chance to shape processes, explore new tools, and build something from the ground up
Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on skills with graphic or motion design tools
- Experience scaling DTC brands or digital products in performance-led environments (health and wellness niche is a plus)
- A network of freelance creatives, actors, or UGC partners you can tap into for quick-turn campaigns
- Familiarity with emerging ad formats, AI creative tools, and testing frameworks
