We’re looking for someone who can architect the full customer journey - from welcome flows to replenishment nudges to long-term retention campaigns. You know Klaviyo inside out, you’ve run email for brands well into the eight-figure range, and you can design a system that scales without constant hand-holding.
If you want to take full ownership of lifecycle marketing at a fast-growing DTC wellness brand, this is your role.
THE BRAND
This is a fast-scaling, science-backed wellness brand built around a hero product that customers actually use and rave about: no gimmicks, no inflated claims, just results. Early traction in the U.S. market has proven product–market fit, and now the focus is on scaling hard into Q4 and beyond.
The business is founder-led, with a track record of building successful DTC companies. The team is lean by design: decisions are quick, execution is sharp, and everyone owns their domain fully.
Up to now, growth has been driven mainly by acquisition. That’s about to change. With new products, bundles, and a subscription model launching soon, retention and lifecycle marketing will play a central role in unlocking the next stage of growth. This is where you come in.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
This is not a “big picture only” role. You’ll be expected to build the growth function from scratch, get your hands dirty, and then scale out your team. You will:
- Drive revenue and retention growth by building, optimizing, and scaling Klaviyo flows and campaigns across the full customer lifecycle
- Increase engagement and conversion by creating a monthly email calendar that aligns seamlessly with launches, sales events, and promotions
- Boost customer lifetime value through strategic retention and subscription flows, including replenishment reminders, win-back sequences, and upsell triggers
- Strengthen campaign performance by collaborating with the growth and creative teams to ensure email strategy integrates with broader marketing efforts
- Deliver high-quality, conversion-focused campaigns by sourcing or managing design and copy support while maintaining brand consistency
- Accelerate execution and free up leadership bandwidth by independently owning the role, planning ahead, and operating without constant input
- Improve ROI over time by tracking performance, running A/B tests, and iterating based on data-driven insights
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years running email marketing for a DTC eCommerce brand, with proven success at mid-eight-figure scale
- Deep Klaviyo expertise - you can design complex, high-performing flows from scratch
- Lifecycle strategist with a strong grasp of retention, LTV growth, subscriptions, and upsell logic
- Strong creative eye - you know what makes good copy and design work, and can brief or guide others
- Independent operator who doesn’t have to wait for input; you drive the roadmap
- Analytical and data-driven and you test, measure, and act on results
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
