WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

You’ll be responsible for executing and evolving creative assets across video and static formats. This includes:

  • Editing short-form and longer-form video ads (UGC-style, narrative-driven, performance-focused)
  • Designing static and motion graphics for paid social and other growth channels
  • Translating creative briefs into clear, on-brand executions that prioritize clarity and retention
  • Creating multiple variations (hooks, layouts, captions, CTAs) for systematic testing
  • Applying pacing, text overlays, and visual structure that supports direct-response goals
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and creative stakeholders to refine and improve outputs
  • Managing files, versions, and deadlines with speed and consistency

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 2+ years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design, ideally for digital or performance-driven content
  • You understand how creative works in a paid, conversion-focused environment
  • You’re comfortable with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, or similar
  • You work fast without sacrificing clarity or structure
  • You think in iterations, not one-off “perfect” designs
  • You take ownership of your output and don’t need constant direction
