Role Overview:
As a Digital Teaching Fellow at Quesmed, you will have the unique opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in medical education, technology and AI, UI/UX design, and leadership.Your main roles will be shaping Quesmed's content strategy (covering both undergraduate and postgraduate products) in collaboration with our senior team, managing cross-functional teams, leading and supporting the launch of new products and features, and liaising with editors to ensure gold standard academic content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quesmed's content strategy
- Take ownership of launching new products and features
- Manage, review, and update existing educational content to maintain high quality and relevance with latest guidelines and practice
- Research best practices in medical education and incorporate these into Quesmed's resources
- Translating user feedback directly into product improvement
- Collaborate with editors, content creators, and other team members to ensure the highest quality academic content

*This position is fully remote, but if you live locally, co-working with our team in London once a month is encouraged (but not essential)!
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Full registration with General Medical Council
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience post-graduation
- Strong interest in medical education, research, and technology
- Strong understanding of UK undergraduate and postgraduate exams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable but not essential experience:
- Completion of at least one post-graduate examination e.g. MRCP Part 1, MSRA etc)
- Experience with digital education platforms or online question banks
- Familiarity with SQL
- Experience with Figma and similar design tools
