Framer Developer

Rän is a collective of designers, developers, and creatives united by the philosophy of freedom and experimentation. We build digital products, explore new approaches, and release unique solutions on Framer.

What you will do

 • Develop websites and digital projects in Framer: from landing pages to complex interfaces.

 • Collaborate with designers and the creative team to turn ideas into interactive products.

 • Experiment with animations, responsiveness, and user experience.

 • Create and maintain Framer templates for publication and sales.

 • Contribute to Rän’s philosophy — freedom of thought, bold experimentation, and high-quality standards.

We are looking for someone who

 • Has strong expertise in Framer (understands its capabilities, limitations, plugins, code overrides).

 • Understands the basics of UI/UX design and thinks in terms of product, not just code.

 • Loves to explore new things and try unconventional solutions.

 • Can work independently as well as in a team.

 • Wants to grow with us and contribute to the collective.

Nice to have

 • Experience with React, TypeScript, or Webflow.

 • Knowledge of animation principles and micro-interactions.

 • Previous involvement in creative projects or personal experiments.
