This is a remote Content Designer and Editor Volunteer role. The volunteer will design, edit, and prepare ready to publish social media posts, visual assets, and written content for different real estate companies and audiences.

Responsibilities

Creating branded content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook. Editing visuals and copy to meet professional standards. Researching real estate market trends and topics. Adapting content for different segments including residential, commercial, luxury, and investment real estate. Collaborating with the team on content calendars. Suggesting new content ideas based on industry trends. Maintaining consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to create clear, visually appealing content for social media with attention to design, tone, and audience needs. Strong editing skills with the ability to refine written and visual content to a professional, publish ready standard. Basic understanding of graphic design and visual storytelling using tools like Canva or similar platforms. Interest in real estate, property markets, marketing, or AI powered content, with a willingness to learn and stay current on industry trends. Reliable time management, ability to meet agreed deadlines, and comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment. Previous experience in content design, social media, real estate marketing, or communications is helpful but not required. A portfolio or examples of past work are a plus.
