Job Description

Posted on: August 4, 2025

We are an international iGaming, software and development company aiming to help improve the efficiency and workflow by designing and implementing unique solutions that answer our customers business needs.

Our fun-packed crew of young and dynamic professionals will be by your side every step of the way. Simply showcase your very best side and instantly gain access to the mandatory ingredients for a delectable success recipe.

Your main job duties:

  • As a Tech Artist, you will be in charge of reviewing assets delivered by internal and external teams, including static images and animations, exporting and optimizing assets for developers and maintaining continuous communication with the team.
  • Adjusting certain static images in Photoshop or some animations in Spine (training will be provided) and packing them via Texture Packer and other software (i.e., bitmap font tools, TinyPNG and so on) is part of the role, where the level of difficulty exceeds your capacity, you will always have the backup of our illustrators and animators.
  • Sending complete reviews of the delivered files quality (Photoshop or Spine files) according to our guidelines and expectations that are already standardized and also improving such standards going forward.

Professional requirements:

  • Photoshop - a deep understanding of the software is required: knowing things like how to use actions, scripts, great grasp on tool usage, photo manipulation. As well as the ability to do basic retouches on assets.
  • Adobe After Effects (or similar relevant software) - experience with creating or editing animations (special effects, objects, etc.), basic knowledge of principles of animation apply here, ability to do small touch-ups on animations.
  • Technical knowledge regarding image & video formats, optimization for web, image & video processing & animation (knowledge of things like what a keyframe is, interpolation between frames), etc.
  • Willingness to learn new software is MANDATORY, especially Spine (2D), but also other software like Texture Packer, Shoebox, etc.
  • Excellent spoken and written English - we work with an international team so communication in English is a daily occurrence.
  • Technically-minded - independent and willing to identify and find solutions for all sorts of technical problems without needing to be pushed necessarily, a good eye for detail is also very important in this regard.
  • Organized - ability to collaborate with many departments and handle multiple projects at the same time.

It would be a plus to have:

  • Spine - can also be learned on-job, but having some experience with it is a great asset
  • Adobe Illustrator (and generally the Adobe Suite is a plus)
  • Good visual taste - to be able to easily see when things don’t look right, knowledge of basic aesthetic principles like color theory, composition, shapes, etc
  • Animation & Illustration Skills - a portfolio of either or both is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Video editing knowledge
  • Previous gaming experience (not a must)
