CRM Administrator

2. About the Opportunity:

The CRM Administrator role is responsible for managing and optimizing the HubSpot CRM environment to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. This position supports sales, marketing, and service teams by providing reliable data and systems that enable better decision-making and operational efficiency. The role is key to maintaining smooth CRM operations and aligning the platform with business goals, directly impacting team productivity and organizational performance.

3. Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM, including configuration, customization, user roles, permissions, and settings

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through proactive policies and ongoing data maintenance

• Act as the primary CRM expert, offering user support, training, and documentation to promote platform adoption

• Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights on sales, marketing, and service activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to avoid disruptions

• Manage and enhance integrations with platforms like NetSuite, Monday.com, and other business systems

• Collaborate with teams to understand needs and ensure CRM supports business processes

• Regularly review system usage to identify improvements in efficiency, automation, and performance

• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and item data to support quoting, reporting, and operations

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of CRM administration experience

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Zapier integrations

• Experience with Salesforce

• Familiarity with NetSuite

• Basic coding knowledge (CSS, Java)

• Understanding of APIs and system integrations

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Competitive base salary range of $60,000 to $70,000
