About the Opportunity:
The organization is focused on advancing decentralized technology through a high-performance, parallel EVM Layer 1 blockchain. This opportunity is for a Senior Frontend Engineer to deliver high-quality Web3 interfaces, partnering with design to create fast, intuitive, and accessible user experiences. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership of interface quality, design systems, and measurable performance.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a robust design system used across multiple products and teams.
• Translate Figma handoffs into resilient, visually polished UI with strong motion principles.
• Design and implement purposeful animations and micro-interactions to enhance clarity and feedback.
• Ensure default accessibility in interfaces and pass relevant audits.
• Own responsive design across breakpoints and layouts.
• Optimize frontend performance and establish monitoring practices.
• Collaborate with design to ensure component architecture and motion guidelines are consistent.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to lint rules, CI checks, and documentation.
• Identify and address UI debt and lead refactors independently.
• Partner with product and engineering to plan and deliver UI features.
• Implement basic wallet integrations with secure session handling and clear UX.
• Render on-chain data with skeletons, error recovery, and pagination.
• Maintain and improve reliability benchmarks for UI performance.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience building production web apps with React/Next.js or Svelte/SvelteKit and TypeScript.
• Experience shipping and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
• Strong skills in motion (Framer Motion/GSAP or similar) with a focus on performance.
• Deep hands-on accessibility practice including ARIA live regions and audit fixes.
• Proficiency with modern CSS and familiarity with Tailwind/Shadcn.
• Expertise in frontend performance optimization and modern fetch strategies.
• Competence in wallet integration and on-chain data rendering.
• Effective communication aligning design and engineering with clear documentation.
• Self-directed and ownership-oriented work style.
