Part-Time Online Design Administrator - £25ph, 5-10 hrs per week ongoing

Events organiser in the retail and risk sectors is looking for a competent individual to carry out various online projects, on an ongoing part-time freelance basis. 

Skills in website editing, maintenance and upkeep are crucial. A design background would be helpful but not essential.

A key component of the weekly workload is preparation of a newsletter html with links to corresponding news post articles on our website. Tasks will include sourcing images to accompany each post, entering a number of articles, all links and styling within the parameters of our website News style.

This individual should be experienced in the following disciplines:

• Back end of WordPress
• Website layout and input
• Preparing a News html within Zoho and sending to existing database
• Ability to coordinate with other team members between various departments
• Ability to communicate clearly essential

Experience/skills in some of the following apps would be preferred:

Affinity Publisher/InDesign

Affinity Designer/Illustrator

Affinity Photo/Photoshop

Our ideal candidate will also posess a comfortable knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

HTML coding experience would be helpful, but not crucial. However, an understanding of code will be necessary to fulfil the tasks within this role.
