We’re hiring: Technical AI & Automation Specialist

Full-time | Remote | Reports to Head of Projects

RevenueBuilder is looking for a sharp, systems-minded specialist to help us scale smarter.

In this role, you’ll design, test, and maintain AI- and automation-powered workflows across sales, marketing, operations, and campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with our project lead to translate strategy into repeatable, reliable systems.

We’re after a highly technical individual with proven development skills—someone who knows how to write and test code, call APIs, work with webhooks, and handle data with confidence. You’ll also be liaising with external developers and third-party teams building agentic AI workflows, so collaboration and technical depth are a must.

You’ll need to have previous exposure to a lot of tools in this space, but you don't need to necessarily be a proven expert in all of them, but some of them are critical:

• Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Python, Postman, Retool

• OpenAI (ChatGPT), Gemini, Claude, Grok, NotebookLM, Langchain, Autogen

• Building AI-powered prospecting, CRM automation, and campaign delivery systems

• Implementing prompt chaining, RAG, and API-based logic into business workflows

This is not a no-code tinkerer role. We’re looking for someone who builds robust systems that work in production, troubleshoots them fast, and constantly stays at the frontier of what’s possible with AI and automation.
