About The Role The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — working across design, engineering, and data to build features our customers love. Revolut People is an all-in-one performance management platform meticulously crafted to meet the HR, recruitment, and performance needs of small and medium-sized businesses. We're looking for a Product Owner who'll be the driving force in elevating our people, tools, and processes to unparalleled excellence. You'll take charge of driving the product strategy and development of Revolut People. • Crafting the strategic vision for our internal tools, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience and optimizing internal processes
• Leading a cross-functional team of product owners, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Taking complete ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborating closely with Design and UX Research teams to ensure the creation of an exceptional user experience, aligning with employee needs and expectations
• Working collaboratively with various business functions to align product goals with overall business objectives

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of proven experience managing entire products, preferably in the HR, performance, or recruitment tool domain
• Demonstrated success in managing people, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovation
• Solid product vision and strategy, with a track record of formulating and driving a focused product vision
• High analytical acumen with great business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
• Significant experience with software as a service (SaaS) and B2B products, ideally in related fields such as HR, performance, recruitment, or productivity tools

Nice to have

• A STEM degree from a leading university
• An MBA degree
