Product Designer (Healthcare)

We’re seeking a UX Designer to join a healthcare technology team focused on improving usability and modernizing digital products that support clinical operations and caregiver engagement. This role offers the opportunity to design intuitive, efficient, and visually cohesive user experiences for both internal and external audiences across a growing SaaS platform and mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user experience design for two primary products:
• Clinical SaaS Platform: Redesign UI for streamlined clinician and administrator workflows; enhance usability and operational efficiency.
• Caregiver App: Refine existing UI, ensure visual consistency, and integrate AI-driven features to improve parent and caregiver engagement.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Conduct UX reviews and usability testing to validate design improvements and optimize user interaction patterns.
• Maintain design consistency across web and mobile products through component libraries and design systems.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to technical and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive the modernization of existing interfaces with a focus on accessibility, simplicity, and data-driven decision-making.
• Incorporate AI features and automation opportunities into user experiences where applicable.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and evidence-based UX practices within the product development process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated success designing for healthcare, clinical, or medical environments (understanding of clinician workflows or operational systems).
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
• Strong end-to-end design capabilities: user research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and handoff to development.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams and offshore partners.

Preferred:

• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy or behavioral health platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-powered applications and designing experiences with machine learning or predictive components.
• Background in caregiver, patient education, or family engagement app design.

Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 60/hr to 65/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
