• You have strong visual storytelling and illustration skills with experience in character integration or cartoon-style graphics
• You're proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
• You can work under tight deadlines and deliver fast iterations
• You have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable learning from analytics to adapt design strategies
• Familiarity with the Code Bullet channel and content tone is highly preferred
• Experience collaborating with content creators, editors, or marketing teams is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design compelling, eye-catching thumbnails that maximize click-through rates and align with audience psychology
• Work closely with the team to ensure thumbnails and titles are created before video production is finalized
• Use the Code Bullet 2D character in unique and creative ways to build brand recognition
• Combine bold visual design with strategic thinking to make thumbnails that attract viewers effectively
• Research and analyze audience behavior, YouTube trends, and competitor thumbnails to refine design strategy
• Iterate designs quickly based on performance data including CTR, A/B testing, and retention outcomes
• Balance creativity with strategy to ensure designs are both visually striking and effective in driving engagement
