Freelance Graphic Designer – Film EPK

This role involves assembling a professional electronic press kit (EPK) for a short film, utilizing provided materials to create a compelling and visually engaging package. The ideal candidate will have prior experience crafting EPKs for film projects and a strong understanding of how to present film assets, credits, and promotional content in a format suitable for festivals, press, and industry professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the EPK is cohesive, on-brand, and ready for distribution. Deliverables

• Assemble all provided materials (stills, synopsis, credits, bios, and other assets) into a polished EPK
• Design and layout the EPK for digital distribution (PDF or similar format)
• Ensure the EPK meets industry standards for short film promotion
• Collaborate with the client to incorporate feedback and finalize the document
• Deliver the final EPK within the agreed timeline

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating EPKs for short films or similar media projects
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent)
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on a single-project basis
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
• Availability to start immediately and complete the project promptly
