Role Description

We’re seeking a part-time Social Media & Content Creator to shape SAL’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will plan and manage our content calendar, create visually cohesive posts and videos, engage with our community, and align emerging social trends with the SAL voice and identity. Approx. 10–20 hours/week, remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SAL’s weekly social media content and strategy
• Create high-quality posts, Reels, Stories, and TikToks
• Use existing assets and new concepts to maintain a refined, minimal visual language
• Write clear, on-brand captions and support narrative development
• Engage with the online community and monitor performance metrics to optimize growth
• Contribute fresh ideas that expand the SAL world and support limited-edition drops

Qualifications

• Experience with social media content creation, community management, and analytics
• Knowledge of planning and developing content strategies
• Proficiency in graphic design and editing software
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (Spanish & others is a plus)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
• Ability to work independently with creativity, precision, and attention to detail
• Experience with lifestyle, fashion, or premium brands is preferred
• Appreciation for ocean culture, kitesurfing, foiling, or coastal living is a plus
