Web Designer (Marketing / Growth Web)

About The Role We’re looking for a Web Designer (Marketing / Growth Web) to help us build world-class products and shape how millions of users interact with the financial services of the future. This role is at the intersection of brand, product, and technology—from key pages and communications to system solutions that scale and work in a real product environment. The website interfaces will set the tone and visual standards for the bank's internal product interfaces. Our goal is not only to create functional solutions, but also to set the bar for quality in the market, as the company's best products do. Key Responsibilities

• Designing web interfaces, product pages, and landing pages for both customer-facing and internal products (loans, deposits, account management, and more)
• Researching user experience, identifying pain points, proposing solutions, and driving them all the way to release.Developing and expanding our design system, creating components in collaboration with designers and developers
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Work with the design system and develop it
• Conducting design reviews and ensuring precise implementation of your solutions
• Contributing to building a strong product culture where quality and speed go hand in hand.

What We Expect From Candidate

• Have experience working in startups and love shaping the product, not just designing mockups
• Bring background in fintech, investment platforms, crypto, or IT big tech
• Know how to balance a data-driven approach with research, leveraging analytics, user feedback, and market trends
• Understand front-end basics and can clearly brief developers
• Excellent command of Figma
• Experience working with design systems (creation or support)
• Experience with motion-design and micro-animations (Jitter, Rive, AE etc); 3D skills (Cinema, Blender) are a plus
• Broad horizons, your level of exposure is wider than corporate websites and studios exclusively focused on product design
• You organize your own work and complete tasks without external supervision
• Identify areas where existing solutions can be improved and initiate these changes
• Speak English at B1–B2 level — we’re an international team.
