We're partnering with a fast-growing, B-Corp certified influencer marketing platform, backed by one of Europe's largest private tech groups. Their platform is used by some of the world's biggest consumer brands to manage and measure influencer marketing campaigns at scale. With exciting new products launching and a major design overhaul underway, this is a great time to join.

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer you'll own the end-to-end design process across the core platform, from early discovery and user research through to high-fidelity UI. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions, and play a key role in shaping the future of the product.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role — ideal for a senior designer who wants to do great work, not manage people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end design from discovery through to high-fidelity UI
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to define and solve complex product problems
• Conduct user research and map user journeys to inform design decisions
• Contribute to and evolve a growing design system
• Use data and analytics to drive and validate design decisions
• Present concepts and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience with a strong end-to-end portfolio
• Solid B2B SaaS background, ideally in martech, creator economy, or a similar environment
• Strong UX and UI skills — you care as much about how it works as how it looks
• Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on and delivery-focused, not looking to step into management
• Proficient in Figma and AI-curious in your approach to research and prototyping
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
