📍 Location: remote from Europe. By joining Scalac, you’ll be part of our client's project dedicated to revolutionizing digital wealth management. Focused on providing innovative investment solutions, the company leverages technology and data-driven strategies to offer personalized financial services. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, scalability, and modern engineering practices, it provides an exciting environment for tech professionals to grow and make a real impact. As a Product Designer, you’ll take the lead in crafting the design and user experience of the customer journey. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to shape the brand’s digital presence and create seamless, engaging experiences for the clients. Must-haves In The Technology Stack

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role, ideally within a fintech or digital product environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, best practices, and responsive web and mobile design.
  • Proven experience in building, implementing, and refining design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency across digital products.
  • Proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience in creating microanimations and interactions using tools like Rive or Lottie.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development technologies and iOS/Android Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) for effective collaboration with developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A Bit More About The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
