UX and Sharepoint Consultant (Part-time, B2B, remote from Poland)

We are seeking an experienced UX and Sharepoint Consultant.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Duration of the contract: 3 months with the possibility of extension

Workload: 10 business days per month

Location: Remote or hybrid work from Warsaw

Working hours and meetings with the Client: on business days, during the following hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Tasks:

• In cooperation with the Client's representative, agrees on the graphics, content, and design of the Intranet in accordance with UX best practices; supports the selection of solutions available on the platform built on SharePoint Online.
• Creates subpages in accordance with arrangements, including configuring available web parts and SharePoint lists.
• Optimizes content, including documents, for the search engine.
• Trains employees who will independently manage the content. Actively works on proposals for the development and improvement of the Intranet.

User and Content Presentation:

• The client wants the website design to be intuitive from the user's perspective – users should easily know where to find what they're looking for.
• The importance of aesthetics and clarity was emphasized – content should be well-organized and visually appealing.
• In case of feedback from business stakeholders (e.g., regarding the appearance of elements such as banners), it's important to be able to quickly present a visual mock-up to make it easier to assess the solution (e.g., whether a half-page banner looks good).

User-Centered Design:

• The UX (user experience) perspective is crucial – the design should be user-friendly while also delivering business value.
• It's essential to consider the target users and their needs from the outset of the design process.
• Duration of the contract: 3 months with the possibility of extension; Workload: 10 business days per month; Remote or hybrid work; Working hours and meetings with the Client: on business days, during the following hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Recruitment process description:

• Screen with CoE - UX fuctional role and Sharepoint knowledge
• 2 stages with the Client

Requirements 'must have':

• This role will be more business/functional so soft and business skills will be a big must, the person will support and work with many ppl in the business.
• Ability to understand business goals and support them through well-thought-out solutions.
• Creativity, proactivity, reliability, and good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of SharePoint Online, ability to create subpages and configure web parts, not technical knowledge- this person will not be a developer, it has to be a more functional knowledge, what can be done in Sharepoint and what cannot.
• Experience in UX/UI design - please provide portfolio
• Knowledge of current design trends
• Graphic design skills
