Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Management:

• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging short and long form video content across TikTok and Instagram
• Manage local social channels with content tailored specifically for Brazilian high school students
• Adapt global trends for the Brazilian market and actively engage with the student community

Paid & Influencer Marketing

• Develop localized ad creative and coordinate with UGC creators
• Identify and manage relationships with Brazilian influencers and student ambassadors
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights

Localization & Reporting

• Adapt and translate marketing materials for Brazilian students, aligning with local school calendars
• Deliver concise performance reports highlighting wins and opportunities
• Use data to continuously improve strategy across all channels

Requirements

• Fluent in (Brazilian) Portuguese and English
• 2+ years experience in content creation and social media marketing
• Strong content creation skills, especially video production (non-negotiable)
• Experience with influencer marketing and performance analytics
• Deep understanding of Brazilian education system and student culture
