I’m working with an innovative B2B SaaS scale-up, who are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their product-focused team. • You’re a seasoned Software Engineer (5+ years’ experience), strong in .NET and Angular, and confident solving complex technical challenges.
• You’ve thrived in modern, cross-functional product teams, ideally in the SaaS space.
• You know how to balance smart technical decisions with customer-first product thinking.
• You’re outcome-driven, not just focused on output.
• Communication is one of your strengths—you can articulate technical and product ideas clearly to developers, designers, executives, and customers alike.

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering product features that truly matter. You’ll work in a collaborative squad alongside Product Managers and Designers, with the autonomy to own projects end-to-end.

Collaborate & Discover

• Work with Product and Design to uncover customer challenges and propose pragmatic, innovative solutions.
• Lead quick technical experiments to de-risk ideas and validate solutions early.

Build & Own

• Develop the core platform across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure—leveraging .NET, Angular, Azure, and GCP.
• Partner directly with customers, guiding API integrations and ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Take ownership of delivery—from requirements gathering through to launch and ongoing support.

Iterate & Improve

• Contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and production monitoring.
• Share knowledge, mentor team members, and shape the future of the architecture, engineering practices, and culture.
